Parkfield Under 9s Magpies start season with Tournament win

On Sunday 11th September the under 9 B team travelled to Ruislip Rangers for their first competitive tournament. The boys played incredibly well (especially considering the fact they had only just stepped up to 7-a-side) as they went through the competition unbeaten, winning eight and drawing the other game, scoring 14 goals and only conceding 2 in the process. The trophy was secured when the boys showed great determination to battle back from one nil down to beat rivals Ruislip Rangers 2 – 1 with a goal in the last kick of the game. The parents and Coaches are extremely proud of the boys. img_2086 img_2087
